Before placing my order I contacted sales support to confirm I was selecting the right part', and received an answer almost stright away. The support worker was very informative and even offered a choice of cheaper parts. My order was delivered on the stated day and I was kept informed of its progress. The instuction video was also quite good although it missed a couple of useful points.
In conclusion I was very happy with the entire system from ordering to completion
