I received the order, which took a lot longer to arrive than I expected. It was a specialist transformer designed to drive halogen lamps. The datasheet that I found did not make it clear that there was a minimum load that the transformer could drive. & that as a consequence, it would not drive LED lights. to be fair, once I had found out that there was a minimum load I found that only one place that I found that suggested that there was a minimum load.
