Excellent and particularly excellent communication. Part arrived ahead of schedule and I was informed at every stage of the process. It was the wrong part but that was my fault as I had ordered the wrong part but I did get what I ordered in good time, good condition and well packaged. Keeping the wrong part just in case I need it in the future.
